Postpartum Planning
Whether you (or a partner) are pregnant or are working with a surrogate to welcome a new baby into your life, you're well aware of how radically your family is about to change! But as you plan out all of the details, like where the baby will sleep, how you'll feed them, and if you have enough diapers, have you thought about what you'll need?
Do you know how you'll make meals happen while also caring for a newborn? If someone in the family is the one giving birth, have you factored in the amount of rest and healing they'll need as they recover? How will you handle unexpected visits from family and friends when all you want to do is spend some quiet time together as you get to know this wonderful new person in your lives? Who's going to take the dog out on walks or do the dishes? And what if you or a partner are struggling with mental health but aren't sure if it's "baby blues" or something more?

While you can't predict or control everything in your lives, planning ahead can make a huge difference in managing your lives postpartum. If you're not sure where to start, Lakeshore Liberation's Postpartum Planning Guide will help you work through all aspects of postpartum life and care to help you feel confident as you get closer to bringing your baby (or babies!) home. Best of all, you'll spend less time scrambling to figure things out in the moment and more time resting, connecting, and making new memories as a family.

You can either use the Guide on its own or work directly with me to walk through it and help you explore your unique options more in depth. For more information, please reach out to me via the Contact page.
